Beef Kebab

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g beef chunks (for skewering)
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: In a bowl, combine beef chunks with oil, EhuruAja, and salt. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Skewer: Thread beef, onion, and tomato onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Cook on a grill or broiler for about 8–10 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Serve: Enjoy with a side salad or flatbread.
