Chicken Skillet

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Optional: Dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Season: Rub chicken breasts with the spice blend.
  2. Brown: In a skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken on both sides (around 3 minutes per side).
  3. Sauté: Remove chicken, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Simmer: Return chicken to the pan, add broth, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
