Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- Optional: Light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Prep: Rub lamb chops with EhuruAja; let rest for 10 minutes.
- Sear: Heat oil in a skillet; sear chops 3–4 minutes per side.
- Sauté: Remove chops; quickly sauté onion in the same pan.
- Rest: Return chops to warm them briefly (1–2 minutes).
- Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve with a green salad.
