Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg (optional; omit for a lighter version)
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Mix: Combine all ingredients in a bowl; form small meatballs (about 1-inch in diameter).
- Bake: Arrange on a baking tray; bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes until cooked.
- Finish: Optionally toss meatballs in smoky mix; serve with a dipping sauce or over pasta.
