Spiced Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
- 5 kg pork ribs
- 3 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional: A light dusting of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Prepare Ribs: Rub the ribs thoroughly with the (Ifvenli) blend and olive oil. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Roast: Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Place ribs in a roasting pan, pour in vinegar and water, cover with foil, and cook for 2.5–3 hours.
- Crisp: Remove the foil, increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F), and roast for an additional 15 minutes until the exterior is crisp.
- Finish: Optionally, sprinkle with a hint of smoky mix and serve with coleslaw or baked beans.
