Fish en Papillote
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (such as snapper or sea bass)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Parchment paper for wrapping
- Optional: A light dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Prepare Parcels: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place each fillet on a large sheet of parchment paper.
- Season: Drizzle olive oil and rub the (Ifvenli) blend over the fish. Top with onion slices and a lemon round.
- Wrap: Fold the parchment to create a sealed packet.
- Bake: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Finish: Optionally, open packets and sprinkle with smoky mix before serving.
