Fish en Papillote

Ingredients: 
  • 4 fish fillets (such as snapper or sea bass)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parchment paper for wrapping
  • Optional: A light dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Parcels: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place each fillet on a large sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Season: Drizzle olive oil and rub the (Ifvenli) blend over the fish. Top with onion slices and a lemon round.
  3. Wrap: Fold the parchment to create a sealed packet.
  4. Bake: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  5. Finish: Optionally, open packets and sprinkle with smoky mix before serving.
