Fish Curry
Ingredients:
- Whole fish or fillets (cod or tilapia work well)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté: In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Spice It: Stir in the (Ifvenli) blend and toast for 1 minute.
- Simmer: Add coconut milk and broth, then gently add fish fillets. Simmer for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.
- Finish: Stir in smoky mix if using, garnish with cilantro, and serve with steamed rice.
