Turkey Chili

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup turkey or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown Turkey: Heat oil in a large pot; sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Add Veggies: Stir in bell pepper, (Ifvenli) blend, and smoky mix if using.
  3. Simmer: Add diced tomatoes and broth, simmer for 15–20 minutes until flavours meld.
  4. Finish: Garnish with cilantro and serve with cornbread or rice.
