Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, to bind)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns and your favourite toppings
- Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix in the patties
Instructions:
- Mix: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, (Ifvenli) blend, egg (if using), salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
- Form Patties: Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook: Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for about 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Assemble: Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and your preferred condiments.
