Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta of your choice
- 1 large zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, zucchini, and bell pepper until tender.
- Combine: Add cherry tomatoes, (Ifvenli) blend, and smoky mix if desired. Toss in the cooked pasta.
- Finish: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve immediately.
