Vegan Chili

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (400 g)
  • 2 tbsp (Ifvenli) spice blend
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Combine: Add bell pepper, (Ifvenli) blend, diced tomatoes, beans, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
  3. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the chili thickens.
  4. Finish: Stir in smoky mix if desired, serve with lime wedges, and enjoy a hearty vegan meal.
