Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water or beef broth
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss beef slices with half of the (IheAzu) blend. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sauté: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; stir-fry until just tender.
- Cook Beef: Add the beef and remaining spice blend. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Finish: Pour in water/broth, let simmer for 2 minutes, and serve over noodles or steamed rice.
