Chicken Wraps

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend mixed into 3 tbsp plain yogurt
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Sauce: Mix the (IheAzu) blend into the yogurt to create a creamy spread.
  2. Assemble Wraps: Spread the sauce on each tortilla. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
  3. Dress & Roll: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
