Turkey Patties

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Combine: In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped onion, (IheAzu) blend, egg (if using), salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape: Form mixture into 4 large patties.
  3. Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve: Serve on a bun or atop a salad with your favourite condiments.
