Chicken Wraps with Coconut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp coconut milk and 1 tbsp (NtuUto) blend (for a creamy sauce)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt, coconut milk, and (NtuUto) blend in a small bowl.
- Assemble: Spread the sauce on tortillas, then add chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
- Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
