Chicken Wraps with Coconut Sauce

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp coconut milk and 1 tbsp (NtuUto) blend (for a creamy sauce)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt, coconut milk, and (NtuUto) blend in a small bowl.
  2. Assemble: Spread the sauce on tortillas, then add chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
  3. Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
