Coconut Fish Curry

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white fish fillets (snapper or tilapia)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup fish broth or water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a pot, heat oil over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Spice: Add the (NtuUto) blend and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Simmer: Pour in coconut milk and broth, then gently add the fish fillets. Simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Finish: Optionally stir in smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
