Turkey Coconut Patties

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Mix: Combine ground turkey, onion, (NtuUto) blend, egg (if using), salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape: Form into 4 large patties.
  3. Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Serve: Serve on a bun or over a salad with a dollop of coconut yogurt.
