Turkey Coconut Patties
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix: Combine ground turkey, onion, (NtuUto) blend, egg (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Shape: Form into 4 large patties.
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Serve: Serve on a bun or over a salad with a dollop of coconut yogurt.
