Baked Spiced Fish Fillets

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (Ofve Opupa Okpoo) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare Fillets: Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then evenly sprinkle the spice blend, garlic, and onion slices over the fish.
  3. Bake: Season with salt and pepper; bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Finish: Optionally add a sprinkle of smoky mix before serving.
