Baked Spiced Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (Ofve Opupa Okpoo) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare Fillets: Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then evenly sprinkle the spice blend, garlic, and onion slices over the fish.
- Bake: Season with salt and pepper; bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Finish: Optionally add a sprinkle of smoky mix before serving.
