Quick Stir-Fried Beef
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss beef slices with half of the spice blend; let rest for 10 minutes.
- Sauté Veggies: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Cook Beef: Add beef and remaining spice blend; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Simmer: Pour in beef broth, simmer for 2 minutes, and finish with a dash of smoky mix if using.
- Serve: Serve over noodles or steamed rice.
