Chicken Wraps with Spiced Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend (for sauce)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Prepare Sauce: Blend the (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend into the yogurt.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread the spiced yogurt on each tortilla. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
- Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll up tightly, and serve immediately.
