Chicken Wraps with Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend (for sauce)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Sauce: Blend the (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend into the yogurt.
  2. Assemble Wraps: Spread the spiced yogurt on each tortilla. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce, and bell pepper.
  3. Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll up tightly, and serve immediately.
