Lamb Burgers with Spiced Chutney
Ingredients:
- 600g ground lamb
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For Chutney: 1 ripe tomato, finely diced, 1 red chilli finely chopped, a splash of vinegar, a pinch of salt
- Burger buns and fresh greens for serving
Instructions:
- Mix: Combine ground lamb with red onion, spice blend, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Prepare Chutney: In a small bowl, mix tomato, chilli, vinegar, and salt.
- Assemble: Serve lamb burgers on buns topped with spiced chutney and greens.
