Baked Spiced Fish Fillets

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod or tilapia)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare Fish: Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season: Evenly sprinkle the (OseOji Okpoo) blend, garlic, and onion slices over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  5. Finish: Optionally sprinkle a dash of smoky mix before serving.
