Baked Spiced Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod or tilapia)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare Fish: Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season: Evenly sprinkle the (OseOji Okpoo) blend, garlic, and onion slices over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Finish: Optionally sprinkle a dash of smoky mix before serving.
