Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseOji Okpoo) spice blend
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix in the mixture
Instructions:
  1. Mix: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, garlic, spice blend, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
  2. Shape: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45–50 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve: Slice and serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
