Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml sour cream (optional)
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Brown Beef: Add beef strips and cook until just browned.
  3. Mushrooms: Stir in mushrooms and the (OseUto) blend; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Simmer: Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream (if using) and a pinch of smoky mix, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve: Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
