Chicken Piccata

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp capers (rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Season: Rub chicken breasts with the (OseUto) blend, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Deglaze: Add chicken broth, lemon juice, capers, and optional smoky mix. Simmer for 3 minutes, scraping up the browned bits.
  4. Serve: Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with steamed vegetables or pasta.
