Grilled Lamb Skewers

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g lamb leg, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Optional: A light brush of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss lamb cubes with the spice blend, olive oil, and optional smoky mix. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Skewer: Thread lamb and onion alternately onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until lamb is cooked to your liking.
  4. Serve: Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a side salad.
