Fish Stew

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white fish fillets (snapper or tilapia work well)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped (or 400 g canned)
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Build Stew: Add tomatoes and (OseUto) blend; stir for 1 minute.
  3. Simmer: Pour in broth, add fish fillets gently, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked.
  4. Finish: Stir in optional smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot with crusty bread.
