Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat: Set oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, tomato, breadcrumbs, (OseUto) blend, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
- Stuff: Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Bake: Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until tender.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve as a hearty main or side dish.
