Vegan Chickpea Wraps

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and roughly mashed
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Lemon wedges for drizzling
Instructions:
  1. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, red bell pepper, onion, (OseUto) blend, olive oil, and optional smoky mix.
  2. Assemble Wraps: Lay out the wraps, spread in the chickpea mixture, and top with mixed greens.
  3. Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
