Baked Herb-Crusted Fish

Ingredients: 
  • Whole white fish or fillets (cod, tilapia, or snapper)
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season Fish: Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with the (OsoNri) blend, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
  3. Bake: Top with lemon slices and bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with steamed vegetables.
