Fish Curry
Ingredients:
- Whole fish or fillets (snapper or tilapia)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Build Curry: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend and let it toast for 1 minute.
- Simmer: Add fish broth and gently add the fish fillets. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Finish: Stir in optional smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
