Fish Curry

Ingredients: 
  • Whole fish or fillets (snapper or tilapia)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 cup fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A dash of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Build Curry: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend and let it toast for 1 minute.
  3. Simmer: Add fish broth and gently add the fish fillets. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Finish: Stir in optional smoky mix, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
