Turkey Skillet with Veggies
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook Turkey: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.
- Add Turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Combine: Stir in the (OsoNri) blend and pour in vegetable broth along with optional smoky mix; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Finish: Garnish with fresh basil and serve over couscous or rice.
