Lamb Kofta Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 600 g ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (Sutu Okpoo) spice blend
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes)
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
- Fresh mint yogurt (plain yogurt mixed with chopped mint) for serving
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, spice blend, egg (if using), salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
- Shape & Skewer: Form the mixture into small logs and thread onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve: Serve with a side of fresh mint yogurt.
