Turkey Lettuce Wraps with Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (Sutu Okpoo) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- For Salsa: 1 ripe mango, diced; 1 small red bell pepper, diced; juice of 1 lime; a handful of chopped cilantro
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Cook Turkey: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in (Sutu Okpoo) blend and optional smoky mix.
- Prepare Salsa: In a bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Assemble Wraps: Spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves and top with mango salsa.
- Serve: Enjoy a fresh, handheld meal.
