DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use two types of delivery services to send our products to you.
Perishable items that require special packaging to retain freshness will be sent by Fast Delivery Services. As much care has been taken to ensure that the items reach you in their state of freshness. No guarantee is given for missed delivery or items left unopened for prolonged period in the delivery package. We advise you to ensure that you are available for delivery and immediately upon receipt of items, to open the package and store the products as per instruction.
Other items will be sent by normal delivery which normally gets to you between 1 – 3 business days.
Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays or weekends.
Please note: deliveries can occasionally be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result, for example, theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature in respect of items which need to be kept chilled or frozen.
How will you deliver my order?
We use a national carrier to deliver goods.
Please note: we are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.
Bank holiday delivery information
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to UK only at the moment.
How soon will you dispatch my order?
The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received.
Can I collect my order?
We are an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However, it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouses.
