How do I place an order?
On our website, identify the product you like, select it and the variations including the quantity you need. Then proceed to complete you billing and shipping details, after which make payment.

How do I know if my order has been received?
You should receive an order confirmation via email when we have processed your order, and a second email when it is dispatched. Click here to go there now

Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Do you deliver overseas?

How much do I need to order?
There is no minimum order value. You can order as much you like. There is fixed shipping per order. So the more you buy per order, the cheaper it is overall.

Can I get better prices for larger quantities or custom made order?
If you want to buy in large bulk or get customised order/product, you can contact us directly on inform@kachice.com to discuss your requirements.

Can I open an account?
Yes – we encourage customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to reorder your favourite products.

Do I need to register?
You do not have to register to make a purchase, although we encourage all our customers to register as part of placing their order. It is beneficial for you to register your details when placing your first order with us. Registering makes placing future orders a far simpler process. What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the products, unfortunately you cannot return items after delivery. If you have any issue with the products purchased such as damaged delivery or faulty products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please contact us at inform@kachice.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel the order for a full refund to the original method of payment by sending an email to inform@kachice.com stating your name, address, order number and relevant other information. You cancellation email must reach us before the items has been dispatched or before you get an order complete email, whichever is first. After the item has been dispatched or you get an order complete email (whichever is first) you can no longer cancel the order. Note that the email used for cancellation must be the same as email that was used for ordering.

Where can I find my order details?
You’ll find an Orders link under My Account when you sign-in. There’s also a ‘My orders’ button in the ‘Welcome back’ box on the home page. Click on either of these to view existing and previous orders.
How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
When you’ve successfully completed an order, we’ll show you an order confirmation page as well as sending you a confirmation email with all your order details.

Can I print my order?
Yes you can. Just go to the ‘Orders’ section of your “My Account” page, find the order you’d like to print, then click the ‘View’ link. This will show you a summary of your order, including a list of products. Then just use the print function of your browser to print a copy of your order (on most browsers you can simply click File > Print).

Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to an order before you pay. You can add, change, increase, etc. products in your basket.

Can I re-order a previous order?
Yes you can, and it will save you time too. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your account and click on the ‘Orders’ tab.
  2. Find the order you wish to re-order.
  3. Click on it to open the order.
  4. Now select ‘Order again’ in the top right-hand corner of the box.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?
If you’d like to print a receipt from your order or a previous order, just click on the ‘Orders’ tab and find the order you’re looking for. There’ll be a ‘Print’ link under the receipt column, click on it to print a copy.

Is kachice.com secure?
Buying on-line is proving to be more secure than shopping in traditional stores or over the telephone. We have taken steps to ensure that kachice.com is secure for you. All payment transactions are carried out over an encrypted secure connection. We do this using the latest industry standard technology. The padlock symbol (at the bottom of your browser window) confirms this level of encryption. If you click on this, you will see our secure certificate, meaning that your data is visible only to us.

How are my delivery details stored?

How can I pay for my order?
All major credit / debit cards are accepted.
There is no processing fee for debit or credit card payments.
You may be required to enter a Verified by Visa / Mastercard password in order to confirm payment. If you have a query about this please contact your bank or card issuer.

When do I make payment for standard online orders?
For standard online orders, we require payment prior to dispatching your goods. If you are making payment by debit or credit card, you will be asked to enter your card details as you checkout.

I am making a purchase for a business, can I open a credit account?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer credit account. This is a feature we will introduce soon.

How will I receive an invoice?
You will be automatically emailed an order confirmation after you finish placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?
We operate a flat fee delivery charge based on the type of product ordered. The delivery charges will be shown on the checkout page prior to completion of your order.

Is there a minimum order value?
No there is no minimum order value. You can order as much as you need.

How will you deliver my order?
We use a national carrier to deliver goods.
Please note: we are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.

Bank holiday delivery information
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.

How soon will you dispatch my order?
The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received.

Can I collect my order?
We are an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However, it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouses.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier company will leave a card letting you know what you need to do to get your package.

My credit card isn’t working
Don’t panic, there’s probably a simple solution. If you think it may be something else, you’ll need to contact your bank to make sure there are no problems with your credit/debit card. They will carry out the verification process on our behalf.

How do I update my details?
All your personal details are held in your account settings. To edit your existing details, just log into your account. Then select the category you want to add to or amend, completing the relevant fields on each page.

What happens if I forget my password?
Go to the homepage and click the ‘log in’ link at the top of the page. You’ll be taken to a separate log in page where you need to select the ‘Need help logging in?’ link. You’ll then be able to request a password reminder by email or to reset your password.

How do I find products?

How do I add items to my basket?
Whenever you see a yellow ‘add’ button on our website, just click on it to add the item to your trolley. Then, when the item is in your trolley, you can use the small plus and minus buttons to tell us how many you want.

Why do I get a ‘failed login’ message when I try to sign in?
There may be a problem with your password. Please reset your password on the login page.

Why do I keep getting a ‘page cannot be displayed’ message?
You may need to check your SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) settings. The SSL helps to process transactions securely on the web, but if your settings are wrong you may find it difficult to open certain pages. Not sure how to change your settings? If you’re using Internet Explorer on Windows, click on the tools menu from your web browser, select ‘internet options’, and then click on the ‘advanced’ button. When you check the details, make sure that the SSL options are selected.

When I log in to my account and try to start shopping, you ask me to log in again. Why?
You may need to verify that you have cookie handling set up correctly in your browser. If you’re using Internet Explorer on Windows, you can check by clicking on the tools option from your web browser, selecting ‘internet options’, and then clicking on the ‘privacy’ button. Your setting needs to be set to ‘medium’.

Why do I keep getting multiple products when I only asked for one?
In some browsers, clicking the ‘back’ button actually repeats the last action you did. If this was an ‘add’ request, you may be adding extras to your trolley without realising it. Try sticking to the website navigation to avoid it happening again.
