Baked Fish with Citrus
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod or halibut)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (IheAzu) spice blend
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare Fillets: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Season: Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle (IheAzu) blend, orange zest, and minced garlic over the fish. Top with onion slices.
- Bake: Squeeze orange juice over and bake for 15–20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with steamed vegetables.
