Baked Fish with Tomato Relish
Ingredients:
- Whole white fish or fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare Relish: In a bowl, combine diced tomato, onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Season Fish: Place fish fillets in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and rub with the (OseUto) blend and optional smoky mix.
- Bake: Top with the tomato relish and bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with steamed rice.
