Baked Fish with Veggies
Ingredients:
- Whole fish
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Optional: Light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Prepare: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange fish and veggies in a baking dish.
- Season: Drizzle olive oil over, sprinkle EhuruAja, and toss gently.
- Bake: Pour in broth and bake for 15–20 minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve immediately.
