Baked Fish with Veggies

Ingredients: 
  • Whole fish
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Optional: Light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
  1. Prepare: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange fish and veggies in a baking dish.
  2. Season: Drizzle olive oil over, sprinkle EhuruAja, and toss gently.
  3. Bake: Pour in broth and bake for 15–20 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  4. Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve immediately.
