Baked Herb-Crusted Fish
Ingredients:
- Whole white fish or fillets (cod, tilapia, or snapper)
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: A light sprinkle of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season Fish: Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with the (OsoNri) blend, salt, pepper, and optional smoky mix.
- Bake: Top with lemon slices and bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with steamed vegetables.
