Beef Kebab
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef chunks (for skewering)
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
- Marinate: In a bowl, combine beef chunks with oil, EhuruAja, and salt. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Skewer: Thread beef, onion, and tomato onto skewers.
- Grill: Cook on a grill or broiler for about 8–10 minutes, turning halfway.
- Serve: Enjoy with a side salad or flatbread.
