Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (NtuUto) spice blend
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss beef slices with 1 tbsp of the (NtuUto) blend and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sauté: In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until just tender.
- Cook Beef: Add beef and remaining (NtuUto) blend, stir-frying for 3–4 minutes until just cooked.
- Simmer: Pour in the broth, simmer for 2 minutes, and finish with a dash of smoky mix if desired. Serve over noodles or rice.
