Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1–2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 cup beef broth or water
- Optional: A pinch of the smoky flavour mix
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss the beef slices with EhuruAja and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sauté: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat; add onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Stir-Fry: Add beef and cook 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Simmer: Pour in broth, simmer for 3 minutes to meld flavours.
- Finish: Optionally stir in a pinch of smoky mix; serve over rice or noodles.
