Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 
  • 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1–2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 cup beef broth or water
  • Optional: A pinch of the smoky flavour mix
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss the beef slices with EhuruAja and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat; add onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
  3. Stir-Fry: Add beef and cook 3–4 minutes until browned.
  4. Simmer: Pour in broth, simmer for 3 minutes to meld flavours.
  5. Finish: Optionally stir in a pinch of smoky mix; serve over rice or noodles.
