Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced into strips
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml sour cream (optional)
- Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Brown Beef: Add beef strips and cook until just browned.
- Mushrooms: Stir in mushrooms and the (OseUto) blend; cook for 2 minutes.
- Simmer: Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream (if using) and a pinch of smoky mix, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
