Beef & Vegetable Medley

Ingredients: 
  • 600 g beef stew meat, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 1 large onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Sear Beef: In a heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes on all sides.
  2. Add Aromatics: Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  3. Season & Simmer: Sprinkle the (OsoNri) blend over the beef. Add the beef broth and, if using, a pinch of smoky mix. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1.5–2 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Finish: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or crusty bread.
