Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup long-grain rice, rinsed
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Sauté: In an ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Combine: Add chicken, rice, (OseUto) blend, and optional smoky mix; stir briefly.
  4. Bake: Pour in chicken broth, cover, and bake for 35–40 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
  5. Serve: Fluff the rice and serve hot.
