Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 cup long-grain rice, rinsed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A sprinkle of smoky mix
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Sauté: In an ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Combine: Add chicken, rice, (OseUto) blend, and optional smoky mix; stir briefly.
- Bake: Pour in chicken broth, cover, and bake for 35–40 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
- Serve: Fluff the rice and serve hot.
