Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients: 
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Marinate: Toss drumsticks in oil, spice blend, and salt; let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Arrange: Place drumsticks and onion quarters in a baking dish.
  3. Bake: Pour broth over, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes until cooked and browned.
  4. Serve: Enjoy with roasted potatoes or a salad.
