Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss drumsticks in oil, spice blend, and salt; let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Arrange: Place drumsticks and onion quarters in a baking dish.
- Bake: Pour broth over, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes until cooked and browned.
- Serve: Enjoy with roasted potatoes or a salad.
