Chicken Piccata
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 tbsp (OseUto) spice blend
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp capers (rinsed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Season: Rub chicken breasts with the (OseUto) blend, salt, and pepper.
- Sear: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Deglaze: Add chicken broth, lemon juice, capers, and optional smoky mix. Simmer for 3 minutes, scraping up the browned bits.
- Serve: Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with steamed vegetables or pasta.
