Chicken Skillet
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp EhuruAja spice blend
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Optional: Dash of smoky mix
Instructions:
- Season: Rub chicken breasts with the spice blend.
- Brown: In a skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken on both sides (around 3 minutes per side).
- Sauté: Remove chicken, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Simmer: Return chicken to the pan, add broth, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
- Finish: Optionally add smoky mix; serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
