Chicken Stew

Ingredients: 
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Brown Chicken: In a deep pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  2. Sauté: Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
  3. Simmer: Sprinkle in the (OsoNri) blend and add chicken broth (plus optional smoky mix). Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Finish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or crusty bread.
