Chicken Stew
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (OsoNri) spice blend
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A pinch of smoky mix
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown Chicken: In a deep pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Sauté: Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
- Simmer: Sprinkle in the (OsoNri) blend and add chicken broth (plus optional smoky mix). Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Finish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or crusty bread.
